  • Directly report to the Chief Financial Officer, leading a sizeable team in the Finance Department
  • Responsible for full functions of finance and accounting for a listed Group of companies, including but not limited to OTC, PTP, RTR, Tax and Treasury functions
  • Responsible and accountable for accounting, month-end closing and financial reporting for the Group
  • Monitor audit process, statutory and tax filings; compliance of applicable regulatory requirements, proactive to grasp and sort out new regulatory requirements timely.
  • Directly liaise with external auditors on the annual statutory audit matters
  • Strengthen business processes in the Finance Department and implement proper internal control procedures

·         Conduct research to ensure the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality

·         Develop a purchasing strategy

·         Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking

·         Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments and customers

·         Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities

·         Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

·         Prepare the  presentations about market analysis and possible growth

·         Evaluate bids and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical factors

·         Train and supervise the work of other members of staff

·         Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
