Our client is looking for HR & Business Administrative to join their Team.
Handle a full spectrum of HR functions, with end-to-end recruitment
process includes payroll calculation, compensation & benefits, performance
management and staff relations, data administration, income Tax calculation, staff benefits etc……
Act as the initial point of contact for coordinate with employees and
managers for all HR related issue.
Support policies formulation, review and implementation to ensure
statutory compliance with local employment related ordinances.
for using own judgment and discretion to interpret policies and procedures and
apply them appropriately for the situation.
Handle a full range of company secretarial
duties includes governance , group’s compliance , statutory compliance etc……
Handle a full spectrum of administrative supports
Follows up the regional consistent processes and procedures in the performance of daily work to ensure HR compliance and spots/escalates
opportunities for improvement
Undertake other projects as assigned
